Missions

“Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I will be with you always, to the very end of the age."  (Matthew 28:18-20)

At First Baptist Jenks, we focus on local, domestic, & international missions.  Our local mission’s effort is facilitated through our Bible Fellowship Classes.  Each class is called upon to actively engage in a quarterly mission project that will directly impact our community

Domestically, we have partnered with churches in Dallas and St. Louis. Our focus is to assist them in doing whatever we can in reaching their community.

Internationally, we have mission trips planned to Africa, Asia, Europe and South/Central America.  Our goal is to get peope connected with God's mission!  We like to remember that you cannot spell God without GO!
